About the role

- Errors within the monetization pipeline can result in revenue leakage, customer trust issues, compliance concerns, financial reporting inaccuracies, and audit findings.
Responsibilities
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, Pricing, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to ensure monetization capabilities support current and future business models.
- Partner deeply with engineering teams responsible for metering pipelines, event processing systems, entitlement services, rating engines, billing platforms, APIs, and downstream operational systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could lead to revenue leakage, overbilling, compliance concerns, or financial control deficiencies.
- Lead cross-functional resolution and remediation of monetization issues and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability, operational maturity, and business scalability.
- AI at enterprise scale - Build, support and operate AI-powered technology used by more than 8,000 organizations worldwide.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior engineers and architects on complex distributed systems, data pipelines, APIs, and platform architectures.
- Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to understand end-to-end workflows spanning customer-facing products, platform services, and back-office systems.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with SOX controls, audit requirements, financial controls, or revenue recognition processes.
- Experience working closely with Finance, Accounting, Pricing, Revenue Operations, ERP, CRM, or business systems teams.
- Background in cloud platforms, infrastructure services, data platforms, or other highly technical product domains.
