About the role
- Specifically, this means working in Python and SQL across multiple databases and parsing through complex Engineering and AI logs to construct trustworthy and reliable datasets that will enable intuitive and confident decision making.
- Translate ambiguous business scenarios into measurable data problems spanning Growth, GTM, Pricing, Deals Desk, Strategic Finance, and Product

Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to instrument new product surfaces and ensure clean, reliable event and usage data
- Expert in SQL and BI (Hex, Looker or similar), and have experience building tables and databases from scratch
- We're building a future where customer experiences are being redefined from support tickets and hold music to faster resolutions, richer conversations, and deeper relationships.
Requirements
- Experience with Clickhouse and CDC
- You are an owner and end to end technologist and "do what it takes" mentality.
- You can flex into engineering as well as business, from reading our codebase to turning the outputs into key findings for our leaders
