About the role

  • In this role, you will be working with our clients, embedded in multi-disciplinary teams of designers, data scientists, and other developers.
  • Note that while we specialize in healthcare and regulated industries, not all our projects are in these fields, so you may work across different domains from time to time.
  • Applied AI research and prototyping - Exploring contemporary approaches in agentic AI, RAG architectures, and LLM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Technical leadership - Making architectural decisions about model selection, retrieval strategies, and system design.

  • Avez une expérience concrète avec les LLM en production, incluant le prompt engineering, le context engineering et la mise en place de cadres d'évaluation pour des systèmes d'IA générative.
  • Possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et êtes capable d'expliquer des enjeux techniques complexes à des publics techniques et non techniques.

Skills

  • Evaluating model choices (open vs. closed source) and framework trade-offs based on project constraints.
  • Implementing agent orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring systems.
