Responsibilities
- Developing and utilizing a working knowledge of transportation information systems in order to assist in proper processing of inbound and outbound shipments
- Understand and carry out instruction, maintain a professional image, and work in a team environment is critical to the success of the organization.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of customer service experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Nice to have
- One (1) year of security related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Experience with Security related systems including video monitoring and access control
- Knowledgeable of transportation related regulations and documentation
- Must be willing and able to work overtime, nights, weekends and holidays as required
- The expected compensation range for this position is $58,416 - $71,397, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
