About the role

  • The role of the Facilities Specialist is to ensure that all are safe, clean, and accessible on a daily basis and for the maintenance of all owned and managed by Casa Esperanza, Inc.
  • Responsible for minor repairs, maintenance, and landscaping.
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Requirements

  • Physical & Mental Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

Nice to have

  • High School Diploma preferred · CPR and First Aid certified · Facilities Training Certificate preferred ·

Compensation

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
