About the role

  • This role requires professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders and involves monitoring, reporting, and supporting departmental initiatives and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute wet and dry labs that support departmental objectives.
  • Create program deliverables and program collateral, such as communication materials, tracking data, program calendars, brochures, and decision guides, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Develop and execute virtual programs per department objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate professional meetings and events to support departmental objectives.
  • Maintain program platforms to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Manage projects to ensure successful execution of departmental initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven experience in program implementation, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Experience working effectively in ambiguous virtual settings, adapting to changing circumstances and needs.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with a track record of working successfully within team environments.
  • Experience coordinating professional meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
  • Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs while maintaining high personal and professional standards.
  • 1-3 years in medical device or healthcare required.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, particularly those involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated skill in prioritizing and handling multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Proficient in using project management software to track progress and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Skills/Competencies:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Skills

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Office products.

Compensation

  • $130,000-140,000
  • Generous paid time off, 12 company holidays, and two paid Nurture days per year
