About the role
- This role requires professional communication with both internal and external stakeholders and involves monitoring, reporting, and supporting departmental initiatives and activities.
- The ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment is essential at all levels of responsibility.
- Assess trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement related to programming and report to Sr.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute wet and dry labs that support departmental objectives.
- Create program deliverables and program collateral, such as communication materials, tracking data, program calendars, brochures, and decision guides, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Develop and execute virtual programs per department objectives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate professional meetings and events to support departmental objectives.
- Maintain program platforms to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Manage projects to ensure successful execution of departmental initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven experience in program implementation, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Experience working effectively in ambiguous virtual settings, adapting to changing circumstances and needs.
- Strong collaborative skills, with a track record of working successfully within team environments.
- Experience coordinating professional meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication.
- Proven ability to take accountability for the quality and timeliness of work outputs while maintaining high personal and professional standards.
- 1-3 years in medical device or healthcare required.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, particularly those involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated skill in prioritizing and handling multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Proficient in using project management software to track progress and facilitate team collaboration.
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Intermediate user of Microsoft Office products.
Compensation
- $130,000-140,000
- Generous paid time off, 12 company holidays, and two paid Nurture days per year
