About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day processes as it relates to the funding and collateralization of the firm's obligations
  • Manage direct reports, leading 1:1s and career development, attracting and retaining high quality talent in line with our leadership commitments
  • Drive process improvement and system renovation with a ground up approach
  • In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.
  • This is a Director, Team Specialist position at the P3 level within the Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

Requirements

  • Familiarity and experience with triparty funding, Repo trade flows, cash and collateral settlement methodologies
  • Ability to pitch communication appropriately according to the audience and demonstrate active listening skills
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Compensation

  • Expected base pay rates for the role will be $82,000.00-$133,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment.
  • However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
