About the role
- You will take ownership of entire product surfaces from day one.
- You carry both product taste and technical depth.
Responsibilities
- You think about the product from the customer's perspective first, but you also understand system architecture well enough to build things that hold up in production.
Requirements
- You have strong opinions about what makes software easy to use.
Nice to have
- Comfort in ambiguous environments where the problem, solution, and path forward are all undefined
- Ability to explain highly technical concepts in plain language and review code from contributors with varying skill levels
- You must be able to come into Manhattan on any day to meet with our CEO, who is based there.
- Experience with TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, or similar modern stacks
Skills
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar) as your primary workflow, not supplementary
