About the role
- The Business Developer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and supporting the expansion of the company's presence within key retail and institutional channels.
- This role works closely with customers and internal teams to drive sales growth, strengthen partnerships, and support the successful execution of commercial initiatives.
- The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience in business development, account management, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sales who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth and market expansion.
- Support the management and growth of key customer accounts through regular communication and business reviews.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Support new product launches and business development initiatives.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer development, or a related commercial role.
- Experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), food and beverage, retail, distribution, or related industries preferred.
