Responsibilities
- Encourage and support classroom educators in implementing strategies for capacity building.
- Implement strategies with children, in collaboration with educators, using a class-wide approach.
- Provide assistance/guidance to families in collaboration with educators to develop and facilitate family engagement.
- Develop Individual Program Plans and support the development of Individual Support Plans as needed.
- Coordinate meetings/case conferences with community partners and incorporate recommendations from community partners into program plans.
- Gather and maintain client records in the organization's database (ShareVision), including but not limited to parent and staff input, direct observations, and professional/clinical assessments.
- Teamwork Coach and mentor alongside Inclusion Facilitators, providing guidance as needed to deliver seamless service experiences for educators.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Ensure all necessary documentation relating to the Individualized Program Plan (IPP) process is maintained as required.
