- Review and approve individual lot grading plans and inspect final lot grading; Assist in the administration of the Site Alteration By-law by performing the role of the "Inspector" as defined in the Site Alteration By-law.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out background research and assisting with the development and updating of policies, procedures and technical standards for development related municipal servicing and infrastructure Perform other duties as assigned
- As the Development Compliance Technologist, you will review and approve engineering designs for development projects, ensuring municipal infrastructure meets standards.
- You'll inspect sites, manage agreements, and coordinate with developers, consultants, and the public to support safe, compliant growth and high‑quality community infrastructure across the County.
Skills
- Experience with ARC-Gis, AutoCAD, CityView and Bluebeam would be considered an asset.
