Responsibilities
- Oversee all team members for all client needs, manage client expectations, and oversee client deliverables through regular meetings (phone, email, in person) and excellent client and internal communication
- Actively manage an internal team through personnel management, regular one-on-ones, and process management
- Actively manage projects to meet all assigned deadlines while anticipating team and client needs and requests
- Create and manage all internal and external meetings through agenda creation, leading client meetings
- Manage client special projects and campaigns through delegating and executing timely and thoughtful content
- Manage the placement of all approved ads for accuracy within paid budget; pivot strategy as needed
- Actively assist the creative team through oversight of content creation in photoshoots, video creation, or design
Requirements
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work individually or within a team
- You have great presentation and pitching skills
- you have a strong command of all major platforms and social tools.
- You have a desire to always be current on with all digital marketing aspects
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have a marketing/business degree and 5+ years of marketing or agency experience managing the above
