In this role, you'll work fluidly across two technical stacks: Retool for internal systems and operational dashboards, and Vercel/Cursor for AI-powered applications and agent workflows, moving between them based on where your skills are needed most.

3-5 years in a technical operations, business systems, or software development role, with hands-on production experience building internal tools in Retool and deploying web applications via Vercel using AI-assisted development environments like Cursor
Practical experience building with LLMs and AI tools - including prompt engineering, API integration, and multi-step agent workflows - to automate high-volume operational tasks such as exception triage, credentialing checks, and data aggregation
Ability to integrate LLM capabilities (summarization, classification, routing, and escalation logic) into existing internal tooling, and a habit of staying current with the AI landscape to bring techniques that create genuine operational leverage
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with operational leads, translate business needs into technical solutions, document what you've built, and onboard the teams that depend on it
