Responsibilities
- With over 100,000 users, we're driving leads, boosting product adoption, and transforming how products are showcased.
- You'll work across advanced prompting strategies, retrieval-augmented generation, context orchestration, and dynamic model routing to create intelligent, multimodal experiences.
- First and foremost, you're someone who enjoys building something from scratch and thrives in a highly autonomous environment.
- You're ready to build, iterate, and ship at speed, and have experience working cross-functionally to get stuff done.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in software engineering and/or AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work with LLM pipelines, vector search, agent frameworks, and/or multimodal tools.
- Experience building and maintaining production systems within AI/LLM contexts.
- Experience optimizing applications to perform at their best.
