Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sourcing, operations, and finance to support alignment on inventory targets, address non‑standard part requirements, and escalate critical‑path procurement issues for resolution.
- Develop and present clear supply chain metrics and KPIs (e.g., inventory, on time delivery, material availability) to management, using tools such as Power BI and Tableau to support data driven decisions.
- Support development and execution of material plans by aligning supply requirements with established product line priorities and overall business objectives under guidance from senior planners.
- Contribute to long‑term capacity and resource planning by providing data, analyses, and recommendations that support new product introductions and efficient use of existing assets.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or inventory/material/production planning.
- Or in lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain or inventory/material/production planning.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace/defense or other complex, regulated manufacturing environment
- Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

Compensation
- $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
- Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
- Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
- The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
