About the role
- Provide legal counsel to senior and executive leadership and business units on a wide range of legal issues including corporate governance, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance and litigation.
- Assess legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and commercial agreements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee any litigation or disputes involving Sentara, working closely with external counsel to manage cases and ensure appropriate resolution.
Compensation
