Responsibilities
- Translate program goals into clear project plans, timelines, deliverables, communication structure, and the integration and implementation tools that support consistent execution across teams and regions.
- Maintain program documentation, process maps, resource libraries, and operational standards to support scalability, role clarity, and adoption.
- Develop, maintain and enhance partnerships across the organization to ensure appropriate resources are available to lead and execute clinical development priorities.
- Support governance routines, progress tracking, stakeholder updates, and escalation pathways to keep Clinical Development initiatives organized and aligned to priorities.
- Lead, coordinate, develop, and enhance clinical development programs (including student experience programming, mentorship programs, mentorship training, and clinical development program structure) in collaboration with Clinical Excellence Team, Operational leadership, clinical leaders, and support center partners.
- Monitor participant feedback, participation, utilization, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities and support program sustainability.
- Support continuous improvement cycles by documenting findings, recommending adjustments, standardizing successful practices, and helping implement revised workflows or resources.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Excellence team and cross-functional partners to support compliance, accreditation readiness where applicable, and consistent program quality.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through written updates, resources, presentations, and stakeholder-ready materials that support adoption and understanding.
