About the role
- The Twin Lakes Family YMCA is seeking experienced, friendly, high-energy Swim Instructors.
- Available Shifts: Monday & Wednesday 4-8pm Tuesday & Thursday 4-8pm Saturday 10am-1pm This is a year round position.
- Our organization is home to the largest school age child care provider in Williamson County as well as health and fitness programs that improve the quality of life for over 45,000 members ranging from preschool through senior citizen.
Requirements
- Must be available for consistent weekly schedule, must know and be able to perform all skills required for certifications.
- Applicant must be able to verbally communicate with public and staff.
Compensation
- $15k-$19k

- Responsible for finding substitute when needed and reporting substitution(s) to Aquatics Director Build member relations Maintain equipment and keep area clean $260 bonus for new staff!
