SUMMARY: This position's primary responsibilities include supporting utility projects by conducting environmental assessments, including stream/wetlands delineation, and permitting, plant and animal inventories, habitat assessments, environmental protection and mitigation planning, and environmental permitting. In addition, the position will provide support
