- You'll spend real time with both sides of the marketplace to learn what makes a great match, what slows activation, and where the network can do more of the lifting.
Responsibilities
- the partner network.
- Your focus is the two-way matching & activation between partners and programs, both how vendors find the right partners for their programs, and how partners find the programs worth their time.
- You'll also lend product support to our AEO initiatives, where the network is the underlying lever.
- You'll partner closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and our partnerships team to ship products that drive real results for both vendors and partners.
- Drive how partners and programs find, evaluate, and connect with each other across PartnerStack.
- Drive adoption of network capabilities by vendors and partners, reducing friction and improving outcomes for both sides.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in tech.
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Track record of owning a product end-to-end: discovery, roadmap, delivery, and adoption and being detailed oriented.
- Comfort using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize, set targets, and measure impact.
Compensation
- The salary band listed below reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.
