Responsibilities
- Build a world class engineering organization.
- Scale the team, attract exceptional talent, and build the organization needed to capitalize on the demand already in front of the company.
- Help develop and launch major new product lines as the company expands beyond its core documentation platform, enabling multiple product bets to run in parallel without sacrificing speed, quality, or reliability.
- Own engineering execution and the technical foundation.
- Set priorities across product, platform, and infrastructure, improve engineering velocity and reliability, and ensure the organization can support Mintlify's rapidly growing scale and enterprise customer base.
- Partner directly with the founders.
Requirements
- Proven scaling experience.
- A hands on engineering leader with strong experience across modern backend systems, cloud infrastructure, platform architecture, and systems at scale.
