Responsibilities

  • Support proposal development with rapid turnaround times, including same-day or urgent requests.
  • Manage proposal intake, prioritization, workflow coordination, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop clear, high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs.
  • Track proposal activity and support performance reporting as needed.
  • Partner closely with firm leadership, partners, and stakeholders to support growth initiatives and client-facing materials
  • Support and execute website performance, optimization, design, and governance initiatives.
  • Develop recommendations to improve organic visibility and brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks across Growth initiatives.
  • Create dashboards and reporting for proposal activities, pipeline visibility, event ROI, SEO performance, etc.
