Responsibilities
- Join a team of passionate thinkers, innovators, and dreamers - and help us connect people and build communities to create economic opportunity for all.
- You'll collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and platform partners on meaningful projects - from personalized recommendation modules to real-time commerce features and a modern modular architecture.
- Develop and deliver native Android features end-to-end - from technical development through coding, testing, deployment, and production support - demonstrating a deep dedication to ownership and quality.
- Drive complex projects across multiple turning points, proactively identifying risks and working multi-functionally to keep delivery on track.
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful code and build reviews, mentoring teammates, and contributing to team coding standards and guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and modular app design at scale.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in native Android development using Kotlin (and familiarity with Java).
- Strong networking skills, including experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs in a consumer Android context.
- Experience with dependency management tools such as Gradle, along with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.

- $118,800 - $205,600
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
- If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
