Serve as the technical lead for engineers on
Manage accurate
Partner with scientific, engineering, and automation teams to troubleshoot workflow challenges and improve operational performance, including ongoing relationships with scientific leads
Support tech transfer by validating automated workflows against manual processes and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve process gaps and improve robustness
Strong foundational knowledge of the scientific basis for assay design, execution, and interpretation

We offer competitive base compensation with bonus potential and generous early-stage equity.
USD salary ranges apply only to U.S.-based positions; international salaries are set to local market.
Expected Base Salary Range
$118,800 - $182,400 USD
