About the role
- Thirdly, you will shadow reps to ensure they are compliant with our selling system and to offer them prescriptive training to improve their performance.
- This job demands a minimum of 40 hours worked per week.
Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees in the English language.
- The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75 percent of the time, lift 50lbs of equipment and conduct attic inspections.
- The employee must be able to operate a computer constantly and other office machinery.
Nice to have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- A proven track record in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Compensation
- $40k-$150k
