Responsibilities
- These films change colour when exposed to radiation, enabling clinicians to verify and optimize treatment delivery with high confidence and resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science designation
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial, business, or operational roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Nice to have
- MBA or advanced degree
- Technical experience in a relevant science or material field is an advantage though not required
- Experience in advanced materials, specialty chemicals, or related industries
- Exposure to innovation management, portfolio strategy, or product commercialization
- Knowledge of product / business management
- Experience managing teams across a global network
