These films change colour when exposed to radiation, enabling clinicians to verify and optimize treatment delivery with high confidence and resolution.

Bachelor's degree in a science designation
8+ years of progressive experience in commercial, business, or operational roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

MBA or advanced degree
Technical experience in a relevant science or material field is an advantage though not required
Experience in advanced materials, specialty chemicals, or related industries
Exposure to innovation management, portfolio strategy, or product commercialization
Knowledge of product / business management
Experience managing teams across a global network
