Responsibilities

  • You are passionate about enabling engineering teams to build, test, and deploy software faster and more reliably through automation, self-service tooling, and cloud-native best practices.
  • This role will be instrumental in building a scalable, secure, and developer-centric platform that standardizes software delivery across the organization.
  • Duties and responsibilities Overview Key Responsibilities CI/CD Platform Engineering Design, implement, and maintain fully automated CI/CD pipelines for Java,.Net, and Node.js applications.
  • Build standardized deployment workflows across AWS and/or Azure environments.
  • Implement automated testing, security scanning, and quality gates within pipelines.
  • Optimize build and deployment performance, reliability, and observability.
  • Internal Developer Portal (IDP) Architect and implement an Internal Developer Portal to provide self-service infrastructure, application templates, and deployment workflows.
  • Maintain service catalogs, documentation standards, and ownership metadata.
  • Build reusable Terraform modules and enforce governance through policy-as-code.
  • Implement secure, scalable networking and cloud-native architecture patterns.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Harness, CloudBees, Jenkins) and modern software delivery practices.
  • Deep development expertise in Java and/or Node.js application environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in AWS and/or Azure, including networking, serverless and other managed cloud infrastructure.
  • Advanced proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles.
  • Experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures.
  • Experience leading technical evaluations and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for new tools and processes.
  • Strong understanding of secure software delivery, git branching strategies, and DevSecOps practices.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, security, and operations teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar major.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing platform engineering concepts and developer self-service models.
  • Familiarity with service mesh, API gateways, or cloud-native networking.
  • Experience implementing security automation and compliance guardrails.
  • Knowledge of observability platforms (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, Cloud-native tools).
  • AWS and/or Azure certifications (Professional-level preferred).
  • Additional certifications in DevOps, Kubernetes, or cloud technologies are a plus.
  • Developer-first thinking: You care deeply about developer experience.
  • Automation enthusiast: If it can be automated, you automate it.
