About the role
- You will also serve as an expert for multiple litigation cases.
- This requires constant travel within 150 miles of your office location and occasional travel for work with other NV5 office locations/staff or geographic regions.

Responsibilities

- Review codes, standards, research and apply critical formulation of facts to develop conclusions that assist clients resolve concerns and are defensible.
- Maintain good project data management/storage practices.
- Develop reports that outline site observations, applicable codes, standards, findings, and conclusions.
Requirements
- Testify in legal proceeding, when required, in correlation to work product.
- B.S. Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architecture Engineering.
- M.S. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards and construction practices is required.
