About the role
- The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient and safe handling of products and timely delivery to customers.
- This role involves managing inventory levels, supervising personnel, maintaining safety standards, negotiating freight rates, and coordinating customer service operations.
- Oversee and mange company customer service and operating metrics.
Responsibilities
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Evaluate and maintain proper inventory levels for all products using automated computer system devices Manage supervisory personnel.
- Oversee and manage the company warehouse safety program.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer pricing records within INFOR.

Requirements
- 1yr experience may substitute for 1yr of degree
- required to stoop, climb or lift light material (10-20lbs) or equipment.
- Perform other tasks as required.
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations, safety standards applicable to the work area and other pertinent rules governing work standards.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and product inventoried.
- Knowledge of warehousing and transportation functions.
