About the role
- The Auto Shop Helper will also follow all guidelines in accordance with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedure and center procedures, which allows teammates to complete repairs in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Nice to have
- Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
- Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification
Skills
- Be able to understand instructions - written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
