About the role
- Oversee the distribution of meals according to diet orders.
- Align quality, quantity, and temperature control with menu items.
- Provide work direction and assignments to dietary aides.
Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain a high level of resident and guest engagement.
- Control itemized food, beverage, and supply inventory. Maintain inventory par levels, track inventory and supplies.
