About the role

  • This role ensures workforce investments, procurement decisions, and financial resources are governed effectively and directed to the highest-priority cyber risk, regulatory, and business needs.
  • Salary Range: $120,000 - $217,500 Annual The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.

Requirements

  • Limited travel may be required based on business needs.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, technology, financial services, or another highly regulated environment preferred; knowledge of vendor management, contract lifecycle management, procurement governance, and supplier performance management strongly preferred
  • Additional requirements for this role include the ability to support time-sensitive leadership requests, annual planning and budget cycles, cross-functional governance forums, and confidential workforce, financial, and vendor-related matters.

  • Identify resource optimization opportunities across FTE, contractor, consulting, vendor, and operational spend categories.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, workforce costs, vendor spend, and investment tradeoffs.
  • Ability to translate complex workforce, budget, and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Experience leading and driving process improvement, analysis, automation, governance, and transformation initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Cybersecurity, Finance, Procurement, HR, Talent Acquisition, and enterprise functions.
