Responsibilities
- These services play a crucial role in how NVIDIA teams communicate, collaborate, and ship outstanding products.
- Implement encryption, email authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), and anti-virus/anti-spam protections (e.g., Microsoft Defender); maintain secure configurations and hardening baselines.
- Lead/assist initiatives such as migrations, tenant consolidations, and M&A; define requirements and integration points with enterprise messaging and exchange apps and services.
- Build strategy to keep enhancing the messaging and collaboration ecosystems with evolving technologies, including AI-driven automation of operations and administration.
- Passion to leverage Agentic AI to drive reliability, reduce toil, and improve the employee experience at scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrable ability to take end-to-end ownership of the experience for the users of the services.
- Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation is crucial; Python scripting is a plus.
