Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet operational goals and deadlines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Good verbal communication and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficiency with handheld scanners, RF devices, or similar warehouse technology
- Full on-the-job training will be provided - no prior warehouse experience is required.
- No certifications required at time of hire
- Overtime may be required during peak periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and record keeping
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording quantities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Comfortable working in varying temperature environments including refrigerated areas
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks - forklift training provided on the job
- Forklift Operator Certification - training and certification provided within 30 days of hire
Nice to have
- No prior warehouse experience required - full training provided
- Experience in a physical, team-based work environment (retail, food service, construction, etc.) a plus
- Familiarity with basic computer use or handheld devices helpful but not required
