About the role
- Status delinquencies (shortages), know where they are within the plant and the projected delivery date.
- Identify potential problems, analyze, and propose alternatives for resolution for any issues that may jeopardize on-time delivery.
- Identifies and communicates parts shortages.
Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet company growth and customer expectations.
- Manage and coordinate short flow, AOG, Priority requirements, Not Moving orders by negotiating due dates when on-time delivery is in jeopardy.
Requirements
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection
- Support other team positions as required.
- Computer skills required include: Job Scope Manufacturing software, Microsoft word, and excel
- Ability to successfully participate as a member of a team.
- Have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Have the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Nice to have
- High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
- Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role.

- Follow all job tools available and applicable to the job and the plant including SP's, Work instructions, Modules, etc.
