About the role

Status delinquencies (shortages), know where they are within the plant and the projected delivery date.
Identify potential problems, analyze, and propose alternatives for resolution for any issues that may jeopardize on-time delivery.
Identifies and communicates parts shortages.

Perform other duties as assigned and needed to meet company growth and customer expectations.
Manage and coordinate short flow, AOG, Priority requirements, Not Moving orders by negotiating due dates when on-time delivery is in jeopardy.

Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working on the manufacturing floor including, but not limited to, eye, ear, and foot protection
Support other team positions as required.
Computer skills required include: Job Scope Manufacturing software, Microsoft word, and excel
Ability to successfully participate as a member of a team.
Have the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Have the ability to learn quickly.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time

High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred.
Candidates that do not have a high school diploma or high school equivalency will be required to take a pre-employment assessment to be considered for the role.
