- As a Compliance Monitor, you will handle various tasks to ensure member/partner compliance with food products, handling and safety requirements and standards set by the state of New Jersey, USDA, and Feeding America.
- The role is considered entry level and is ideal for candidates with foundational experience who are ready to build their career.
- Ability to assist partners in achieving compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
- Must demonstrate courtesy, curiosity and helpfulness that reflect CFBNJ values of seeking out, understanding, and responding to partner needs for serving and assisting their clients.
Requirements
- A valid NJ driver's license and dependable transportation are required to conduct site visits.
- Strong time-management, verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365, Teams and/or zoom, demonstrated familiarity with technology and ability to quickly learn and navigate new software platforms.
- What you'll need to be successful in this role: A valid NJ driver's license and dependable transportation are required to conduct site visits.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $44,300-$59,935.
