About the role
- ABOUT PERFECTING PEDS: Perfecting Peds is long-term comprehensive medication management, as an analytically driven and interoperable virtual professional service for health plans' high-risk and high-cost pediatrics.
- Medication Review and Management: Conduct thorough medication reviews for pediatric patients, ensuring appropriateness, safety, and efficacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and other non-pharmacological interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss complex cases and develop integrated care plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely and up-to-date documentation of medication management interventions.

Requirements
- active pharmacy license required.
- Minimum 4 years of pediatric pharmacy experience with strong clinical knowledge across disease states.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Board certification in Pediatric Pharmacy (BCPPS), preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary.
- The Salary range for this role is $140,000-$150,000 USD.
