About the role

  • ABOUT PERFECTING PEDS: Perfecting Peds is long-term comprehensive medication management, as an analytically driven and interoperable virtual professional service for health plans' high-risk and high-cost pediatrics.
  • Medication Review and Management: Conduct thorough medication reviews for pediatric patients, ensuring appropriateness, safety, and efficacy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance on lifestyle modifications and other non-pharmacological interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings to discuss complex cases and develop integrated care plans.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely and up-to-date documentation of medication management interventions.

Requirements

  • active pharmacy license required.
  • Minimum 4 years of pediatric pharmacy experience with strong clinical knowledge across disease states.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pediatric pharmacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Board certification in Pediatric Pharmacy (BCPPS), preferred.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary.
  • The Salary range for this role is $140,000-$150,000 USD.
