About the role

This position accomplishes this through the leading and facilitation of tours of the Magnolia grounds.
This position works irregular hours as guest needs require from Magnolia in Waco, Texas.
It reports to the Experience Team Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.

Create and facilitate engaging opportunities that enhance the guest experience
Maintain a high level of brand awareness and of updates to Magnolia guest offerings
Perform other duties as assigned

At Magnolia, the Experience Team Host is responsible for creating and facilitating memorable experiences for guests and providing a high level of hospitality to ensure their experience with Magnolia is second-to-none.

Strong verbal communication skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, excellent customer service and people skills
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
General availability: Must be available to work flexible hours as assigned, including weekends, special events, and holidays
The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.
The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must frequently access staircases, lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
