About the role
- The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding, while ensuring HR best practices and compliance across key HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on talent calibration and succession planning.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, including employee handbooks and policy manuals.
- Partner with internal recruiting teams and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Support hiring efforts by helping to manage interview logistics, offer processes, and candidate experience.
- Support offboarding processes including termination, exit interviews, system access changes, and final documentation.
- Work with legal counsel and internal teams to manage relocation processes, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance tracking.
- Participate in and lead cross-functional HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compensation fundamentals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong reporting and data analysis capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Nice to have
- 3-6 years of progressive HR experience
- financial services or professional services experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office
- experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems a plus.
Compensation
- Assist in the coordination and analysis of annual compensation reviews, including benchmarking and internal equity reviews.
- Support the annual performance review process, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.

- Coordinate maternity leave benefits, clearly explaining programs and processes to employees.
- Initiate and oversee short-term and long-term disability claims, respond to employee inquiries, and track all leaves to provide timely status updates to HRBPs.
