Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales relationships for a portfolio of self-service clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Support and advise clients as they plan, execute, and optimize TV campaigns using the company's self-service platform
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement to ensure clients are confident and effective users of the platform
  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals, uncovering and discovering unstated needs to proactively guide strategy and execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client feedback is addressed and insights are shared
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships, including occasional in-person meetings and travel (up to ~10%)
  • In this role, you'll own a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary day-to-day partner.
  • You'll guide clients through planning, launching, and optimizing TV campaigns across linear, streaming and programmatic, while helping them build confidence and expertise using the Company's self-service platform.
  • You'll work closely with internal teams-including Media Buying, Product, Engineering, and Data Science-to deliver strong outcomes and a best-in-class client experience.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience buying/trading media across linear, streaming, and/or programmatic (DSPs)
  • 2+ years of experience in post-sales account management, client success, or client support roles, including exposure to senior or C-level stakeholders
  • Experience supporting performance-focused advertisers or agencies, with an understanding of metrics such as CAC and ROAS
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and tell compelling stories with data
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution; majoring in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration preferred
  • Confident presenter and active listener who comes prepared and adds value in every client interaction
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, data teams, and marketers-you're a problem solver, not a salesperson
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships effectively

Nice to have

  • familiarity with broader digital marketing channels (e.g. SEM, FB), advanced excel skills, and experience with data visualization tools
  • majoring in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution

  • Total compensation ($80,000 - $110,000/Annually)
