Provide IT support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Design, implement, and maintain automation processes to streamline workflows for internal teams and clients.
Manage and monitor systems, ensuring their optimal performance and security.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their technical needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Research and implement new tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or automation roles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job As an IT Support and Systems Administrator Intern, you will be the go-to person for all technical support and automation needs.
You will work with clients to resolve technical issues, implement automation processes, and optimize systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

The ability to video record your answers will be required.
Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python) Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
Your placement can be either full-time or part-time but must be a minimum of 520 hours to complete our program.
