Requirements
- This role requires deep analytical skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to influence strategy in a dynamic market environment.

- Monitor business performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve target profitability and growth objectives.
- Provide actionable insights through analysis of trends, catastrophe exposure, reinsurance considerations, and emerging risks.
- Clearly communicate complex actuarial analyses, pricing methodologies, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship and oversight to actuarial analysts through the rate filing process.
- ACAS or FCAS credential required.
- 7+ years of relevant actuarial pricing experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
- Experience supporting personal lines or high-net-worth insurance products preferred.
- Strong understanding of ratemaking, predictive analytics, and insurance regulatory environments.
Compensation
- The base salary for this role can range from $125,000 to $145,000 based on a full-time work schedule.
