Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members, acting as an informal resource for troubleshooting and technical procedures.
- Creates and refines maintenance protocols to enhance equipment reliability and improve team efficiency.
- Perform Advanced Repairs: Executes intricate repair tasks on equipment, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Mentor Junior Technicians: Provides guidance and support to less experienced team members, acting as an informal resource for troubleshooting and technical procedures.
- Develop Maintenance Procedures: Creates and refines maintenance protocols to enhance equipment reliability and improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with Teams: Coordinates with related departments to ensure seamless operation and effective resource allocation towards achieving team objectives.

Requirements
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control system issues on CNC machines.
- Experience reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation for CNC equipment.
- Experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
- Ability to enhance and streamline repair processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Familiarity with CNC machine components, including servos, drives, motors, controllers, and tooling systems.
- Understanding machine calibration, alignment, and performance verification procedures.
Compensation
- Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity
- All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity
- Annual Woodward stock contribution (5%)
