About the role

As the Interim VP of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across EnerMech's global QHSE functions.

Develop, implement, and maintain the Company's QHSE strategy, policies, standards, and management systems.
Lead the Company's audit, assurance, and performance improvement programmes, ensuring effective management of risks and corrective actions.
Oversee quality assurance, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Provide strategic support and guidance to operations, projects, engineering, and business development teams to ensure QHSE principles are embedded throughout the business.
Lead emergency response preparedness and crisis management activities across the business.
Develop and lead the global QHSE team, ensuring capability, engagement, and succession planning to support business growth.
Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, multi-disciplinary global teams.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
Willingness and ability to travel as required, both domestically and internationally.

Promote and embed a positive culture of quality, health, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement across all regions.
Lead incident management, investigations, and organisational learning processes to strengthen operational performance and risk management.
