Responsibilities
- Support the development, configuration, and implementation of HCM solutions to meet client business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional and technical analysis to support system design, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design sessions, and system demonstrations.
- Develop, maintain, and update project documentation, including Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
- Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and validation procedures to ensure solution quality and compliance with requirements.
- Support data validation, issue resolution, and system troubleshooting activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Experience developing project documentation, technical documentation, or client deliverables.

- About the role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Consultant to support Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Support system deployment, user training, and post-implementation activities as required.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust 2-5 years of experience in a relevant HCM functional, technical, or enterprise application role.
- This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams and client stakeholders.

Nice to have
- Preferred Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite HCM, Workday, or similar HCM platforms.
