About the role
- Assists in the implementation of procedures and/or activities related to the credentialing, re-credentialing and the retention of network providers.
- Understands simple instructions and procedures.
- For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 21 - 31 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
Requirements
- ability to speak clearly and concisely.
- Computer proficiency, willing to learn new systems
- Ability to work in a goal orientated environment
- Ability to meet high standards for attendance
- Experience in a virtual working environment.
- Previous Outbound or Inbound Call Center.
- Prior experience working in a dental or medical healthcare environment.
- Basic healthcare terminology.
Compensation
