About the role

  • The Vice President, IT Data, Analytics, AI & Innovation is a strategic technology leader responsible for defining and executing Rimini Street's enterprise strategy for data, analytics, artificial intelligence, automation, and innovation.
  • The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Data & AI with broad leadership experience across Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Platforms.
  • They are commercially savvy, action-oriented, and have a proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Data, Analytics, AI, Automation, and Innovation across the enterprise.
  • Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI and automation use cases that improve productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
  • Evaluate and scale emerging technologies and innovation initiatives that support digital transformation and competitive advantage.
  • Partner with leaders across Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, IT Operations, and Cybersecurity to ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategies and modernization efforts.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
  • Proven leadership across Data & Analytics, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations.
  • Proven delivery experience executing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise applications, software development, cybersecurity, and modern data architectures.
  • Experience communicating with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale transformation, modernization, and innovation initiatives.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing technology organizations.
