About the role
- The Clinical Nutrition Program Manager is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of programs including pathways, order sets and other tools used across the continuum of care.
- Program Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to, educating, mentoring, and collaborating with providers and members of the clinical teams.
- The role requires extensive collaboration across multiple departments throughout the health ministry.
Requirements
- Establishing timelines and meeting schedules required for efficient production/revision of work.
- The position is required to work with leadership to establish the timelines of their projects and meet the needs and priorities of the department and Ministry.
- A thorough knowledge of evidence-based practice principles is needed.
- He or she will also be required to effectively communicate and develop ongoing relationships with Hospital and Ministry leadership.
