Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SBA loans, ensuring ongoing credit quality and performance
- Partner with underwriting, credit, and servicing teams to resolve issues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8 years of experience in SBA lending, credit analysis and SBA portfolio management
- Experience analyzing financial statements and assessing credit risk including review of strength of borrower and internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Familiarity with loan servicing systems and reporting tools
- This position is based in Northbrook, IL or Austin, TX, and requires the ability to be in the office.
