About the role
- Reporting directly to the COO, the Head of People will oversee all aspects of the People function including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee experience, and HR operations.
- Advise leadership on people-related decisions including team structure, performance management, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices across all HR programs and policies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a People strategy that supports Moment Energy's growth, mission, and long-term business goals.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning to support our expansion into new markets and manufacturing facilities.
- Partner with the co-founders on organizational planning and leadership development.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition to enhance effective recruiting strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding, providing new ideas to boost company recognition.
- Manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, communication, and belonging across the company.
- Support managers in creating healthy, high-performing teams.
- Design and implement scalable performance management processes.
- Develop programs that support employee growth, career development, and leadership capability.
Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or cleantech is highly preferred.
